Baby Ballet

These classes are for the under 5s to develop poise, co-ordination and rhythmical response. Baby Ballet is based on the Imperial Classical Ballet syllabus. Baby Ballet Level 1 is for children aged 3 years. Baby Ballet Level 2 is for children aged 4 years.  At the age  of 5 Children will be moved to the Examination class 'Pre-Primary' Ballet.

  
Imperial Classical Ballet

Working through the Imperial Society of teachers of dancing (I.S.T.D.) Syllabus, encouraging correct posture, breathing and general physical conditioning. These classes will give children self-discipline, poise and confidence.

Classes are available for children from the age of five. Baby Ballet classes are available from 3 – 4 years, at 5 years students are moved into Pre-primary grade and assessed at the end of each term to establish whether they are ready of their first examination assessment.

On success of an Examination students are automatically moved into the next grade. Examinations are run by qualified examiners of the Imperial Society of teachers of Dancing or the Royal Academy of Dancing (R.A.D). These are held at either or own studios, an Exam Centre or a Registered dance School.

For older children who wish to start Ballet, we hold Beginners Ballet classes at all  our branches.
