Arm sequence
1 – 4 Reach R arm up, reach L arm up, place R hand over L hip, place L hand over R hip
5 – 8

Place R fist on R hip elbow back, place L fist on L hip elbow back, 2 bounces clapping hands twice

 

Skips squat star forward, shake down R arm, shake down L arm

&1 &2 &3 &4 4 skips RLRL
&5 (6) Syncopated jump into squat (R FT behind L)
7 (8) Star Jump – ending with feet 2nd position, arms in high V
9 – 12 Shake down R hand (high, lower, low, down)
13 – 16 Shake down L hand (high, lower, low, down)
 

Jump ¼ turn wiggles x2 – turning right

1 – 4 Jump ¼ turn R feet landing in 2nd position, 3 body wiggles (freestyle)
5 – 8 Repeat 1 – 4
Repeat all facing the back
