New Mail Boxes
You may create as many new Mail Boxes and Folders as
you like. This is a necessary tool for keeping your email sorted and organized.
For example, you may wish to create a Folder and name it Family. Then,
you may create mail boxes within the folder for each family member.
New Mailbox
Name
Enter the Name for your new mailbox in this field.
Make It A Folder
If you wish to create a folder instead of a mailbox,
check this box.
Save It Here
Select where you would like your new folder or mail box
to be saved.
Create New Mailbox
Click this button to create your new mailbox (or folder
if you have checked the box)
Reset
Click this button to clear all fields and start over.

Filter List
This will display a list of your current filters and
their parameters. You may make changes to a filter or delete if from here.
If you do not know what a filter is or how to set one up, please skip down
to New Filters.
Filter
Filters will be displayed one at a time. Click the button
to scroll through your filters until you find the one you wish to edit.
Delete Filter
Check this box and click the Save Filter Changes
button at the bottom of the page to delete the currently selected filter.
Parameters
The parameters you designated for the currently selected
filter will be displayed. After making your desired changes, be sure
to click on the Save Filter Changes button at the bottom of the
page to save your changes.
Note: If you select Filter List from
the menu and you have not yet setup a filter, you will be taken to the
New
Filter screen instead.

New Filters
You may set up filters that will automatically sort or
"filter" your email for you. For example, you may wish to have all emails
that come into your Inbox that have Joe Smith in the From field
sent directly to a specific mailbox. You may even have specific
emails filtered into the Trash if you wish.
Field
Select the Field you wish filtered from the pop-up
menu. For example, Subject, From, To etc.
Criteria
You must define the criteria for your filter by first
selecting one parameter from the pop-up menu, such as "Contains" or "Equals",
then you must enter the second part of the criteria into the entry field.
This may be any name or word you wish.
Additional Criteria
You may designate additional criteria for this filter
if you wish by making your selections from the second set of pop-up menus.

Deliver To
Once you have set the criteria for the filter, you must
select the action for it.
This tells the filter what to do with an email that fits
your designated criteria. Simply select the mailbox you wish the
filtered email to be sent to from the pop-up menu.
Save Filter
Be sure to click on the Save Filter to save your new
filter.
Responders
A responder, or autoresponder, is an automatically generated
response to a received email.
For example, you may wish to have a specific acknowledgment
email go out as an automatic response to anyone who sends an email
to you with the word Sales in the subject line. You setup autoresponders
much the same way as you setup filters, only the final action is to send
a prewritten email out.
Field
Select the Field you wish filtered from the pop-up
menu. For example, Subject, From, To etc.
Criteria

selecting one parameter from the pop-up menu, such as "Contains" or "Equals",
then you must enter the second part of the criteria into the entry field.
This may be any name or word you wish such as Sales or Info.

The action for this filter will be Auto Responder
Auto Responder
Message
Type the email message you wish to be sent out in response
to your designated criteria.
Save Filter
Click this button when you are finished to save the Autoresponder
you have just created.

Search Email
You may perform a search on any mail box in your account.
Search For
Enter the word or words for your search.
In The...
Select the Field you want searched from the pop-up menu.
Using
Select your criteria from the pop-up menu.
Search
Select the mail box you wish searched, or select to search
all mail boxes. Click on the Search button to begin your search.
